The Kill Fee of Cindy LaCoste

December 24, 2012

The Kill Fee of Cindy LaCoste is the third and final book in the Austin/Stoner Files by Stephen Bly. This is my favorite book of the series. Lynda and Brady are about 2 weeks away from their wedding and in typical fashion, when these two get together, many things happen. It goes from just being the two of them on the road to return a check to their mutual friend Cindy LaCoste for her book, to a 10 person, 2 dog, 2 horse, and 1 bull traveling group.

You follow the growing group from New Mexico, Nebraska, Wyoming, and many other places through out the west. It's a fun read. As you're reading it, you can just picture this loud group of people talking and enjoy the fun that they all have. Of course it isn't all fun as you make it through the adventure. It isn't just trying to find a friend, but trying to help and keep Cindy from series harm as she has set out to try to inflict justice on a group of bikers who harmed her years earlier.

All Lynda and Brady can do, is try to help when possible and hope they can make to their wedding on time with everything needed. It's a great closing to a series. To read!
