Top Ten Tuesday: All Time Favorites (Within the Last 3-4 Years)

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
Each week features a book related topic that offers the opportunity to spotlight your Top Ten.

Topic:
Top Ten Books You Would Classify As ALL TIME FAVORITE BOOKS

This topic is going to have way more then ten, I already know this. There have been a lot of favorites added to my list in the last three years.
Some of these books are standalone's and others are apart of a whole series that is a favorite.

The Butterfly and the Violin by Kristy Cambron
Day of War by Cliff Graham (whole series)
Prelude for a Lord by Camille Elliot
Meant to Be Mine by Becky Wade
The Heretic Queen by Michelle Moran

Gods & Kings by Lynn Austin (whole series)
Outlander by Diana Gabaldon (whole series)
Dear Mr. Knightley by Katherine Reay
Born of Persuasion by Jessica Dotta (whole series
Against the Tide by Elizabeth Camden
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins (whole series)
Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling (whole series)
The Doctor's Lady by Jody Hedlund
The Pharaoh's Daughter by Mesu Andrews

I have to say, this list could keep going on. It was was so hard to pick so few! There have just been so many lovely books. I will say, a few of these touch on the 5-6 year mark, but I couldn't help it. They are great reads! Plus, I didn't dive into some popular books till later, hence why some are on the list.

When it comes to favorites for me, they are the books that I could just keep re-reading over and over again!

What are your favorites?

Great list. I loved the HP books and feel like I want to re-read them now that the series is complete.

I may have to check out the audio books and try them that way this time around.

I watched the pilot for Outlander the other day. Pretty good and definitely intriguing. Hope you're liking the show, Kate. :)

YAY for Harry Potter! I loved those books and re-read them every summer. I feel like HP is one of those series that can appeal to people of any age- Hogwarts is inviting. I thought the Hunger Games was an interesting read too, I really enjoyed following Katniss's journey. Enjoyed the list:)

Elin, Oh, my goodness. I can't rave enough about Outlander. The show so far is following very closely to the book with some fun extra things thrown in. Hope you enjoy if you read or watch.
